Please read the following information below prior to booking

— DEPOSIT —

* To confirm any appointments you will be required to send a $30 deposit. You will be required to pay remaining balance day of the appointment. (No deposit = No appointment)

* E-transfer and cash payment only (If you are paying by cash, please confirm the total amount owed)

* Deposit is non refundable within 5 days of your appointment. (No exceptions)

IMPORTANT - Deposit must be sent within ONE HOUR of booking, or your appointment will be cancelled. You’re appointment is not confirmed until deposit has been received

WHEN SENDING DEPOSIT IN COMMENT SECTION PLEASE TYPE THE DATE OF THE APPOINTMENT YOU ARE SENDING DEPOSIT FOR!

— PRE APPOINTMENT INFO —

• You will receive a text a day before your appointment with my exact address and location.

* Please arrive with BARE nails, I do not offer removals on work not done by me.

* If you have any skin condition on hands please notify me in advance to let me know.

* Face masks are optional, if you have any cough it will be required.

* Text me or call me once you arrive, please do not knock or ring door bell.

* Guest are not permitted unless they are also getting a service done same day.

* Please be sure to send me your nail inspo prior to your appointment, this way I can ensure I will prepared.

* If you are 15 minutes late there will be a $10 late fee charge on your service.


— LOCATION & PARKING —

* Text me or call me once you arrive, please do not knock or ring door bell.

* Arriving 20 minutes late will result in a automatic cancellation. (Deposit forfeited) Please give yourself extra time to get to your appointment.

* Street parking is always available in my neighbourhood.

* I am located 2 minutes across Bear Creek park, or 10 minutes from Guildford mall. I will provide you with the exact address once your have confirmed your appointment.
